SAGE is very proud to be recognised at this International level. This certification shows our customers that the business, project and technical processes utilised by SAGE have been benchmarked at an International level. The in depth audit process has reviewed all facets of our company in detail ensuring that SAGE continues on delivering certainty for its clients.

CSIA - Control System Integrators Association

Control System Integrators Association, since it’s founding in 1994, has maintained a laser-like focus on its primary mission – to improve the business skills of its member-companies and their executive management – in support of a belief that being a good system integrator goes hand in hand with operating a good business.

From the outset, the common thread throughout CSIA's activities has been to "raise the bar"–

  • To improve the business skills of our members.
  • To help integration firms of all sizes, engineering specialties, product experience, and industry knowledge share their collective business wisdom to help control their individual destinies.
  • To provide a forum for members to discuss common business issues.
  • To enhance the professionalism of independent control and information system integrators, and
  • To communicate the resultant benefits to the broad business community.
  • It is a mission that is continually being strengthened. It was reinforced in 1997 with the introduction of the Best Practices and Benchmarks process, and further extended in 2001 with the establishment of the heralded Certified Member program.

CSIA Certification process

Certification is based on the CSIA 'Best Practices and Benchmarks' Program which utilizes independent auditing firms to perform intensive company-wide audits against 200 program criteria.

The purpose of the audit is to verify that quality-based policies and procedures are installed, being used and adhered to. A crucial element is that there is a process of continuous improvement built into them that provides for consistently meeting or exceeding guidelines and benchmarks established for the business areas listed below.

CSIA Certification

CSIA Certification provides for a common base of benchmarks and procedures for management, finance, quality control, and consistent project and engineering methodology. The purpose is to ensure that the system integrator will be a quality firm that is financially stable, with a successful track record of performance over time.
