SAGE actively promotes our industry as an exciting and rewarding career for the next generation of Engineers.
A recent initiative is our sponsorship of the 2011 FIRST LEGO League in South Australia. FIRST LEGO League (FLL) is a global program created to get children excited about science and technology. A hands-on program for ages 9 to 16, FLL uses challenges based on real world scientific problems to engage children in research, problem solving and engineering. The cornerstone of the program is its core values, which emphasise friendly sportsmanship, learning and community involvement.

The Australian Industry Group (Ai Group) is a leading industry association in Australia with member businesses employing more than 750,000 people in industry sectors including manufacturing; engineering; construction; automotive; food; transport; information technology; telecommunications; call centres; labour hire; printing; defence; mining equipment and airlines. Ai Group focuses on building competitive industries through global integration, human capital development, productive and flexible workplace relations practices, infrastructure development and innovation. SAGE Group Managing Director Andrew Downs, is President of the South Australian chapter of the Ai Group.

Intelligent Transport Systems Australia (ITS Australia) is Australia’s principal organisation focused on facilitating the development and deployment of advanced technologies across all modes of transport; air, sea, road and rail.
